We work with several manufacturers who ship directly from their own facilities. Because of that, exact carrier, processing time, and estimated delivery window can vary by product. You'll find the specific shipping details for each item on its product page, this policy covers what's true across our entire catalog.
Order processing time
Most orders are processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Larger or made-to-order items may take longer, if that's the case for your product, it will be noted on the product page.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost, if any, is calculated per product based on size and weight, and will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order. Any free shipping offers will be noted directly on the product or in an active site-wide promotion.
Delivery estimates
Delivery windows vary by product and your location. You'll see an estimated delivery date on the product page and again at checkout. Larger freight items (like full-size fountains) generally take longer to arrive than smaller parcel-shipped items like lighting or accessories.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven't received tracking within the estimated processing window, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of both the item and the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work directly with the manufacturer or carrier to get it resolved, whether that's a replacement part or a full replacement unit.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. Some larger freight items may require a physical address and cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. If that applies to your order, it will be noted on the product page.
