Quick Facts
A Note Before You Order
Select the correct motor voltage before ordering. For proper operation of a 115-volt motor, the distance from the main breaker to the fountain should not exceed 100 feet. A GFCI is required for operation, and power must always be disconnected whenever swimmers are present. The manufacturer recommends professional electrical installation for the fountain's power connection.
Scott Aerator Atriarch Fountain For Medium, Residential Ponds
The Atriarch Fountain combines a distinctive multi-nozzle water display with the circulation benefits of a floating pond fountain. A solid brass center nozzle is surrounded by eight individual brass nozzles, producing a balanced spray pattern that creates a visible focal point across medium residential ponds.
The medium residential configuration is available with 3/4 HP, 1 HP, and 1.5 HP motors. Depending on the selected configuration, the fountain delivers approximately 65, 75, or 90 gallons per minute and supports different spray dimensions and minimum pond depths. Optional LED light sets can also be added for nighttime operation.
The Atriarch uses an oil-free stainless steel submersible motor and is designed for both fresh and salt water. It is built for continuous operation and requires no routine maintenance. During freezing conditions, the manufacturer recommends turning off the power while leaving the unit in the water, then restoring power after the ice has melted.

Installation & Assembly
Included Components
The fountain assembly includes the floating fountain platform, motor assembly, brass nozzle configuration, stainless steel components, and the required hardware for assembling the unit.
Anchoring
The Atriarch requires two nylon anchoring ropes connected to the fountain and secured to weighted anchors or concrete blocks positioned on the pond bottom. The required anchor weight depends on the motor configuration. Anchoring weights and ropes are not included.
Electrical Installation
A GFCI is required for operation. Select the proper voltage for the installation, and always disconnect electrical power before entering the water or when swimmers are present. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and applicable electrical requirements.
Maintenance & Winter Operation
Routine Maintenance
The Atriarch uses an oil-free submersible motor and is designed to operate without routine maintenance. There is no oil to change and no control box required for normal operation.
Winter Operation
The manufacturer recommends leaving the Atriarch in the water during winter. Turn off the power during freezing conditions and leave the unit in place. Once the ice has melted and conditions are suitable for operation, restore power to the fountain.
Cold Weather Protection
The fountain is designed to remain in the pond through freezing conditions. Power should remain off while the water is frozen, then be restored after the ice melts.

Optional LED Light Sets
LED lighting can be added to the Atriarch Fountain at the time of purchase or later. Available light options provide nighttime illumination around the fountain spray and can be used to create a more visible display after dark.
Light kits are available separately and should be selected according to the fountain configuration and desired lighting setup.
