Scott Aerator Night Glo LED Light Sets

Night Glo LED Light Sets add warm white illumination to new or existing fountains, creating a visible nighttime display around the moving water. The system uses stainless steel light fixtures and mounting brackets, along with a weather-resistant transformer and programmable digital timer.

Available in two-light and four-light configurations, each fixture produces 1,230 lumens at 2800K with 12 watts of power. The sets include 100 feet of submersible power cord, while longer cord lengths can be ordered when needed.

Installation & Assembly

Mounting the Arms

Each stainless steel arm attaches to the water feature using the existing float hardware. The arms should be oriented with the “L” facing upward and secured using the provided hardware.

Positioning the Lights

Each light attaches to the slotted end of its stainless steel arm. The fixture can be moved along the slot by loosening the lock nut, positioning the light, and tightening the nut again. Varying the light angles can help create a fuller lighting effect.

Connecting the Lights

Connect each light to the transformer control unit by aligning the connector pins and turning the connector one-half turn. Do not force or over-tighten the connection, as this can damage the O-ring or wiring.

Transformer Requirement

The transformer is an integral part of the lighting system and must remain connected. Bypassing the transformer can cause the fixtures to fail and can void the warranty. The transformer converts 115V input power to the 12V output used by the lights.

Maintenance & Winter Operation

Routine Observation

The operating equipment should be observed regularly for changes or reductions in performance. If a change is noticed, disconnect the equipment from power before inspecting the system.

Cleaning

Remove the light kit from the water at least once per year to clean the exterior. Algae, calcium, and other buildup can reduce heat transfer from the fixtures. Clean the light lenses periodically with a non-abrasive brush to maintain light output.

Winter Storage

In areas with significant freezing, remove the LED light kit from the water before winter to protect it from ice expansion pressure. Store the system in a cool location above 32°F and out of direct sunlight. Disconnect the lights from the fountain during storage.

Cable Protection

Protect the power cable from pond wildlife, equipment, and machinery that could damage the cord. Cable damage caused by these conditions is not covered under the warranty.

Warranty

Light Fixtures & Mounting Brackets

The LED fixtures and mounting brackets are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Transformer & Power Cord

The transformer and power cord are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
