A Note Before You Order

Select the correct motor voltage before ordering. A GFCI is required for operation, and power must always be disconnected when swimmers are present. For 115V installations, the manufacturer states that the distance from the main breaker to the aerator should not exceed 100 feet. If the distance is greater, a 230V motor should be selected. Electrical installation should follow applicable electrical codes and manufacturer requirements.

Scott Aerator DA-20 Display Aerator for Small, Residential Ponds

The DA-20 is a floating display aerator designed for smaller residential ponds where water circulation, oxygen transfer, and an attractive surface display are important. Its trumpet-shaped spray creates vertical and horizontal circulation while moving a substantial volume of water through the pond.

Available in 1/3 HP, 1/2 HP, and 3/4 HP configurations, the DA-20 delivers flow rates from 300 to 450 gallons per minute. The oil-free stainless steel submersible motor is designed for continuous operation and is suitable for both fresh and salt water. Light kits can also be added to create an illuminated display after dark.

Configuration Guide

DA-20 1/3 HP

Available in 115V or 230V with a 300 GPM flow rate. The spray pattern measures approximately 5 feet high by 18 feet wide.

The 1/3 HP configuration is ideal for ponds up to 3/4 acre and requires a minimum water depth of 32 inches.

DA-20 1/2 HP

Available in 115V or 230V with a 400 GPM flow rate. The spray pattern measures approximately 6.5 feet high by 22 feet wide.

The 1/2 HP configuration is intended for ponds greater than 1/8 acre and requires a minimum water depth of 32 inches.

DA-20 3/4 HP

Available in 115V or 230V with a 450 GPM flow rate. The spray pattern measures approximately 6.8 feet high by 23 feet wide.

The 3/4 HP configuration is intended for ponds greater than 1/8 acre and requires a minimum water depth of 34 inches.
