A Note Before You Order

The Atriarch for large commercial ponds uses 230-volt power and is available with 2 HP or 3 HP motors. A GFCI is required, and power must always be disconnected whenever swimmers are present. Select the correct motor and cord configuration for your installation before ordering. Longer power cords can be ordered when needed.

Scott Aerator Atriarch Fountain for Large, Commercial Ponds

The Atriarch Fountain is designed for large commercial ponds and other substantial water features where a prominent fountain display is needed. Its brass center jet is surrounded by eight additional brass nozzles, creating a broad, balanced spray pattern that serves as a visible focal point while also circulating water throughout the pond.

The large commercial version is available with 2 HP and 3 HP oil-free, stainless steel submersible motors. The 2 HP model delivers 155 gallons per minute with a 50' x 60' spray pattern, while the 3 HP model delivers 180 gallons per minute with a 60' x 70' spray pattern.

Optional LED lighting can be added to create a nighttime display. The fountain is designed for continuous operation, requires no routine maintenance, and can remain in the water during winter when the power is turned off while the water is frozen.

Atriarch 2 HP

The 2 HP configuration uses a 230V oil-free motor operating at 60 Hz, single phase, and 3,450 RPM. It produces approximately 155 gallons per minute and draws 10 amps at 230V.

The 2 HP model requires a minimum pond depth of 56 inches and produces a spray pattern measuring approximately 50' x 60'.

Atriarch 3 HP

The 3 HP configuration uses a 230V oil-free motor operating at 60 Hz, single phase, and 3,450 RPM. It produces approximately 180 gallons per minute and draws 13.3 amps at 230V.

The 3 HP model requires a minimum pond depth of 60 inches and produces a spray pattern measuring approximately 60' x 70'.

Optional Lighting

LED light kits can be added to the Atriarch Fountain at the time of purchase or installed later. Lighting options are available for creating an illuminated fountain display after dark.

Installation & Assembly

Installation

The Atriarch is designed for straightforward installation. The fountain floats on the pond surface and is secured using two anchoring lines connected to the unit's anchor points.

Anchoring

The 2 HP model requires two 45-pound weights or concrete blocks for anchoring. The 3 HP model requires two 55-pound weights or concrete blocks. Two nylon anchoring ropes are also required. Anchoring weights and ropes are not included.

Electrical Installation

A GFCI is required for operation. The Atriarch uses 230-volt power in the 2 HP and 3 HP configurations. Electrical installation should follow applicable electrical codes and manufacturer instructions.

Safety

Always disconnect power whenever swimmers are present. The Atriarch is ARL-tested and designed to comply with applicable UL standards and the National Electric Code when installed as a complete package.

Maintenance & Winter Operation

Routine Maintenance

The Atriarch uses an oil-free stainless steel submersible motor and is designed to operate without routine maintenance. There is no oil to change and no control box is required for normal operation.

Winter Operation

The manufacturer recommends leaving the Atriarch in the water during winter. Turn off the power while the water is frozen and restore power after the ice has melted and temperatures have risen. The unit is designed to remain in place during freezing conditions.

Salt Water Use

The Atriarch is approved for use in salt water as well as fresh water, making it suitable for a range of pond and water feature environments.
