Scott Aerator Lake Rake

The Scott Aerator Lake Rake is designed to remove floating debris, leaves, surface algae, and other unwanted material from ponds, lakes, and shorelines. Its 36-inch-wide rake head and floating design help cover a broad area while the attached rope allows the rake to be pulled across the water from shore.

The Lake Rake also works as a shoreline and landscape rake. Remove the float and shorten the handle to use it for beach maintenance, shoreline cleanup, and general property care. An optional 66-inch extension provides additional reach when needed.

Installation & Assembly

Handle Assembly

The two-piece aluminum handle connects with a snap-pin connection, allowing the rake to be assembled and disassembled without complicated hardware.

Floating Setup

Attach the detachable polyethylene float and floating rope when using the Lake Rake on ponds, lakes, and shorelines. The float helps the rake skim across the water surface while the rope provides a way to pull the rake back toward shore.

Extension Installation

The optional 66-inch extension can be added when additional reach is needed. The extension is designed to work with the Lake Rake handle system.

Maintenance & Use

Floating Debris Removal

Use the floating configuration to collect leaves, surface algae, floating debris, and other unwanted material from ponds and lakes. The wide rake head helps cover more surface area with each pass.

Shoreline Maintenance

For shoreline and beach maintenance, remove the float and shorten the handle. The Lake Rake can then be used as a landscape-style rake for property cleanup and shoreline grooming.

Storage

The snap-pin handle connection allows the rake to be disassembled for storage and transport. Remove the float and separate the handle sections when a more compact configuration is needed.
